There's a high likelihood their home was already wrecked before they agreed to it, they just don't know it yet. I mean if that's going to be a problem at all. Some couples can handle the open relationship, but we are talking about the worst case scenario here, right?
Anyway, from experience having a friend who started swinging thinking it would save his marriage, if that's the case, they won't blame you for it. They will barely remember you when shit hits the fan.
One more piece of advice, make sure you have permission from the husband every time you fuck his wife. Don't assume their deal is that she can keep doing it. He may think he's agreeing to a one time thing to try it out. That's one of the first things that happened with my buddy above. He set rules, she started breaking them, and her partners didn't know. At the very least, have him contact you if he wants to rescind permission.
Oh and one other piece of advice that came from another friend of mine who fucked another guy's wife. It's up to you if you want to let him watch, but if he's naked and stroking it, don't let him get around behind you.

I think this is likely to be true. If they get divorced are they still going to move? You might wind up having to work with a dude who will blame you for fucking up his marriage and his move to Germany. Seriously, there's plenty of ways to get laid without involving yourself with crazy people who may be able to effect your job.
