I believe this is accurate. Ninja Turtles are usually something for the 6 month mark of a relationship. 3 weeks is way too early for it.

I was thinking TJT's story almost sounded like a typical guy playing all his cards early because he's not sure there's going to be a return engagement. But, I can't remember where TJT said they met. If it was a Tinder->relationship or something similar, the sexual openness makes sense.
