Kinda dark but I liked it. Don't really explain anything about 'Real SHIELD', I don't think it could be SWORD, I think it's just an old sub-faction of SHIELD that wasn't Hydra and survived the fall of Fury's SHIELD.
I wonder if Coulson is really giving Daisy the whole truth about those bracers and that retreat.

Best we're going to get is another Nick Fury Cameo at the cabin and maybe an Avenger with him to help train Daisy. Hawkeye would be a good one due to his comic relationship with Mockingbird. Though he's not 'super'
I like the whole Hydra SHIELD thing but I'm ready for SHIELD to become whole again. Coulson should just be a high level agent doing his thing with a long leash. Guessing it will be after Civil War before its whole again.

i dont think i like how they changed hermione, before when they were at the shield university she was more openminded. now they have her acting like some kind of rabid eugenicist. oh and after one week i am officially bored with the "real shield" i liked New Coke longer than that.

Hopefully they connect them back to the main plot within the next couple episodes. Ward really doesn't have any involvement in the inhumans stuff that's the primary focus, so it just feels like he's doing his own thing and is sort of irrelevant. I imagine he's going to do something with Hydra, but then - with the SHIELD coup and whatever is going on with Cal - it runs the risk of a little too much going on at once.
Considering the things that have happened around her, I think the change in her personality makes sense. She's tired of losing people - whether it's through death or through some significant change to who they are. Ultimately, she just wants everyone to be safe, and is now edging up to the line of going to the extreme to accomplish this.

Well as Inhumans is set for release after Infinity War I think "one final event" may be jumping the gun.
I thought Kevin Feige said a year ago they had planned movies already up to 2028..
Not one final event as far as Marvel movies... I'm talking the conclusion of Infinity war. It just makes sense to bring everyone in for that before they start the next stage of Marvel Movies.

You know what? I kinda hope this show goes away before Infinity Wars, the only reason I've watched a few this season is because of the Inhumans angle, otherwise this show is still craptastic.
I've got high hopes for the Netflix shows, Daredevil is supposed to be awesome.

Very nice episode. Loved the flashbacks.
So both SHIELD groups are the good guys, Coulson's and Almos's. So they will combine at some point, or we find out there is Hydra in "Real SHIELD" or some such. Skye/Quake shockwave looked awesome. Next month thety start with the Avengers build up so 2 episodes like this one then Hydra/Ultron stuff for 3-5 weeks.

I predict the "real SHIELD" led by that old guy is actually Hydra or absolutely hates "gifted people" and wants them all killed. I still predict Hydra however. Him and the one guy that that went with Bobbi (Mockingbird) to capture Skye seems awfully suspicious, especially since the guy with Bobbi decided to use real bullets and not tranqs when getting off the jet.
