Adama still could have been playing May with that 'loaded gun shoot me' thing. Even if we dismiss the possibility of some sort of personal shield, there's no way to tell if the round he jacked out was live. It didn't look like a dummy round, but it could very well have had a fake primer.

It was pretty obvious to me that skye's mom could come back since she healed herself. It probably just took a long time because whitehall fucked her up so bad. Though, I like the explanation that Dr Husband had to put her back together again first.

I wonder if they'd end Shield (which hasn't been greenlit for season 3 yet) in favor of the spinoff, have Coulson or whomever's left inspire/start Secret Warriors / SWORD / etc. All a result of the events of the remainder of this season and Avengers.

From what I've been reading online, Shield is pretty much a given for renewal. Agent Carter is a toss up. More than likely if this new spin is good, they'll drop Agent Carter and do the same thing they did last year. Put Shield on hiatus and run the spin off straight through and bring Shield back to finish out the season.

i thought Carter had really good ratings, or good enough to warrant a renewal. the show Forever has been tanking lately and i bet that gets renewed.

Both Marvel shows did extremely well in the "premium" bracket (18-48 I think) and that's more important in some respects than the overall numbers. Agents will get renewed. Carter is still 50/50.

After just watching the first 8 shows of Daredevil, it is kind of showing how lacking the development of people and story line are. I enjoy this show, but it really needs someone to take it the right direction. Almost feels like there are a board of 10 people voting what should be happening on the show.

Didn't someone say they made Daredevil to be like a 13 hour movie?

It's not that great of an idea because the plot moves too slowly because of it but I'm still enjoying it either way, I feel it's got a tint of a Marvel Max title about it.

Agents of Shield would certainly benefit from having a condensed season of 10 - 13 episodes. In fact, I think most shows would. It's just so much easier to write tight, interesting stories when you don't have to worry about stretching things out for months on end. The episodes of Agents of Shield where stuff actually happens are awesome, but it suffers from a fair amount of bloat and fluff due to having to fill 22ish episodes.

This is probably the only eps, since the pilot that i'm going all in for, not b/c of the skye bullshit, man i hope she's not immortal.

But b/c it's titled "Melinda", finally the origin story is told, it had better be kick ass.

I think they need to keep it going for advertising for their films at this point.

Also they are very aware of what is going on with DC, and looks like they are going to try to compete with them by having multiple shows on the air.
