I don't think Andrew is dead. You'll notice the kid seemed really freaked out and the gasoline/lighter just seemed like it was haphazardly just dropped on the ground. My guess is Andrew unleashed some SHIELD-level assbeat on them, the kid dropped the lighter and then ran out. I think Andrew will be alive, although it is quite possible he was wounded badly.
Also, I agree that your theory on Lash is probably right. I do find it interesting that he let Daisy be.

We also don't know that it was May's ex that was dead in the store. All we saw was a set of black slacks with blood, then a store exploding and the guy panicking outside.
It's very possible that SHIELD got there in time, killed the other 2 people, and he freaked out because they stopped the murder.

I also think it's likely that the bald dude is Lash, but god I hope they didn't do something so incredibly predictable. I guess Hydra is just a sideshow this season and the other org is the main bad guy.

They seem hellbent on making Medusa the Queen while BlackBolt is disposed? or something, whatever the fuck, she's basically saying, look we inhumans are cool, we fight crime and shit, don't fear us humans!
they are plugging away this comic pretty hardcore, they have Beast researching the terrigen cure for mutants in Attilan
they also have Johnny Storm as the human/inhuman liason to NY, looks like he's also probably banging Medusa
They are also continuing from where they left off months ago before Secret Wars. Basically BB said, "hey Kang, we gonna die so take my kid and let him live in the past, do whatever you want, and i won't bother you"
also Mcniven is on art, that's pretty huge,
imo i think Marvel are pulling all the stops to make inhumans happen. I read uncanny avengers 1 and holy shit that was not only disgusting to the eyes, but feels like frat boy retards were writing it.
