Naw, I don't think so because they weren't meant to be visible. Just sometimes that's what people used to hold the hem up. It was for sure done on super baggy pants, but it wasn't JNCO style.

Is this acceptable for a wedding? I rarely dress up and don't currently even own a suit but have a wedding to go to. And I don't want to wear a tie but also don't want to look too casual. People far hipper than me on mens fashion please help.
