Wrestle fucking is the most effective meta of 1 on 1 unarmed fighting—arguably eye poking, has shown to be decently effective as well

watching it over, imo that last elbow shifted robs mouthpiece and khamzat just went to crank town on his face (rob didn't let him get under the chin, so khamzat just said fuck it, face it is)

someone that rolled w/ khamzat said the crank is so bad it popped a filling
