What skills are you focusing on for lance? I"ve been swapping between lance and SnS but I think I want to focus on lance more(SnS feels too OP).

I think damn near everything is OP. Even insect glaive getting sub 2min tempered kills.

Can confirm, bowguns or at least HBG, require a pretty conservative playstyle to not get instacarted by tempereds/frenzieds/apexes. Also, for added challenge turn off your palico and support hunters.

Since I mentioned Elemental Bowgun, I have an issue that I can't find the resolution too atm. In World/IB, I recall having to setup a special radial menu option to craft ammo during a hunt, and specifically make it craft the -max- possible with every use. In Wilds, the default radial menu to craft ammo only seems to craft 12 per use, even if I am out of ammo and have enough material to craft 60. In World/IB, I think I carry enough material to craft an additional 120 ammo or maybe 180.

Which Tempered? There is a difference between a Temp Chatacabra and a Tempered Arkveld.

Will check on this when I get home from the office, 'craft all' radials have been working normally for me last I checked, but there could be a bug/error where it's treating ele ammo like the status ammo.

Turn them on + auto SOS and you get 3 freebee friends at the start of a quest. Think its 2 lance 1 hbg? Not sure if they're weapons ever change. Its done in "Settings" at the quest chick after you start/join quest.

Yeah I agree, but I don't mind it.
Saving investigations with desirable tears/gems is a great change and actually ups my desire to try out new things knowing I don't need to spend an unknown amount of hours to get a new build set up.
I don't know if they'll let you meld 3 slot decos yet, but when hit HR100 it let me start melding 2 slot ones so it's possible they will which is another gamer friendly change.

Long term we'll see how it all pans out but I wrapped up SNS/GS armor, weapons and decos in <60 hours of playtime which is kind of crazy.

So, I did that DLL Storage fix thing and also grabbed an Optimized config from the site and I'm getting 80 fps now. Everything looks like boiled asshole but hey, my frames are great! I should probably roll back to my old config and see if there's any difference.
