It's impossible to tell wtf actually happened with McCoy based just off of what the waiter is saying (even if McCoy were to say something, it's hard to tell). There have been more than a few times where I left no tip, or a very small one, and I'm sure that's the case with most of you.

I'm going to support the waiter at least 60% of the time and i do here. I hate the idea of tips and think they should be outlawed but, even with poor service, he deserved better. Shady comes off as the entitled asshole he is and I'm glad this got out. Hopefully every time he eats out, he has to wonder if someone spit in his food. Karma bitch.

She should but it's the same premise as any case that involves a person with martial arts training or advanced training of any kind. Can a woman defend herself from a professional football player? Not unless she has specific training. Did Rice's wife have any training? Maybe the two black eye kind but that's about it.

I understand Araysar's point completely. Gender equality is a thing or it isn't. It does look like she hit him first and then lunged at him. In the spur of the moment, he just raised his fist and clocked her. I'm not sure it's worthy of getting suspended indefinitely from your job - especially when there was a policy put in place TWO WEEKS AGO that states EXACTLY what the punishment should be in this case.
