I don't see them as an 11-5 team, but that schedule is fucking cake.
I like to break the season into quarters for stuff like this:
Q1: At worst, 1-3 with losses to the Broncos and Packers, and one of either the Redskins or Chargers (depending on if either team decides to play better).
Q2: I'd say 2-2. Losses to the Panthers and Rams. I could see them losing to the Cowboys possibly, but they won't drop an extra game and would likely end up taking one from the Panthers/Rams if so.
Q3: They might lose one of these, likely to the Niners. I don't buy the Chiefs being good, the Giants have fallen off a fucking cliff, and the Cardinals are the Cardinals.
Q4: 3 division games, and I usually like to just say teams split those. But they're SB champs, so we'll have them going 4-2 in the division. That means probably 3-1 in these games (plus, the Seahawks seem to play well to close the season lately).
So that's like 9-7 worst case scenario. Matching up against the NFC East and AFC West (since I don't buy into any of that shit last year being good football) really pumps up their W-L. More than likely they're 11-5 or 12-4.
