redskins have cap room. 16mil i think? they were penalized with a lower salary cap last year. the punishment is over so they have at least that much
(16m?) to work with this year.

the question is will they blow the majority of that on signing Orakpo to a big 13m/year deal? Or let him walk and spend that money elsewhere.

Redskins have roughly $30M in cap space, you fucks!

The John Mara penalty is over as well, so it's time to spend money on things like actually fielding an NFL quality secondary, among other things that were lacking last season. I'm thinking Orakpo gets signed as well or at least franchised. The Redskins aren't exactly drowning in proven depth on defense to replace him on the cheap. Not going to dig out of 3-13 without good players.

Which is probably why the Phins will sign him. Still very irritated about them basically swapping out Marshall for Wallace. Fucking awful.
