Actually he fully called it a normal play due to Boychuk taking the angle and shoving him into Rask. No harm no foul.
Fehr goal was sick. Dougie was doing his best statue impersonation.

We got some PP's, not that it led to any goals, but it did help us get ourselves going a bit to get back into the game. Holtby I was thinking might be pulled after the 3rd goal (was pretty soft) but ended up making a lot of big saves to keep the game where it was and give us a chance. I do feel like you guys kind of sat on the lead a bit and let some good odd man rushes go to waste. For us this is a huge win to comeback from 3-0 down and get a win against one of the best teams in the league, but there's no way you can look at our lineup and think we're as good as the B's right now.
I still hate Marchand, but it was a nice deft move on the PS. I did hear after the fact that Edwards was very objective tonight. The few times i hear him on Center Ice he's usually homer bias to the max.

No official word yet on how Marc Staal is doing after taking a deflected shot VERY close to being a direct hit in the eye, but word is as of midnight last night he didn't have to go to the hospital. Seeing someone writhe like this is gut-wrenching. An inch lower and his career definitely would have been over.

I really can't understand why every player in the NHL isn't wearing a visor. Hard to tell if it would have helped in that particular instance whether it would have helped or if it would have gone underneath the visor as the puck was rising up, but regardless it certainly wouldn't make it worse.
Marchy hams it up but at least when he's called the floor for it he drops the gloves. It's the pussies who don't back it up that Claude is talking about. And Marchand isn't known for that at all.

My lying eyes in the past have made me think Marchand can be a pussy who doesn't always drop the gloves unless it's a fight he knows he can win...but maybe that's just because I hate the little shit.
Can't believe that Staal injury. You have to wonder how many of these things have to happen before visors don't need to get grandfathered in and the players themselves just make the smart decision to wear one.
