Well that didn't suck. Fun game to watch, thought it was gonna be a blowout after the first. Ovie manages to put yet another one past Lundqvist. Redemption for Hank robbing him on the doorstep like 5 times. McD also played his ass off and Vesey taking it to Alzner was orgasmic.

Too many penalties killed all the momentum we had earlier in the 1st. Dogshit 2nd by us, just really bad. I thought we were going to tie it up in the 3rd but no dice. Was nice watching Ovechkin turn Staal into a pylon for that sick goal, but can't be blowing 2-0 leads like that.

I will say this though Eomer, McDavid just made Carlson look like he was standing in mud in the 3rd period on rush that led to a goal. Speed teams kill our D, and the fact we don't have a true stud 1D...even though certain people will try to make you believe Carlson is, he isn't. And Niskanen isn't close to that either.
