Yeah Im gonna go out on a limb here and say that isnt coming out this year so who cares. They can barely get GPUs made using Samsung's 8nm process, its only going to be much worse with their 5nm process.

It’s an overpriced card anyways. You should feel good about it. Aim for 3070/80.

tbh I want a 6900 XT over 3080 but both are basically impossible to get ahold of without humping a notification discord

I feel you. Took me a couple months to get a 3070 and a 3080 is even more of a pita. Just hold out for them over 3090 is all I was saying. That card is overpriced and Nvidia doesn’t deserve your cash for that one.

Slow week here at work so my buddy and I are building my new pc while on the clock. I've got everything but a new graphics card and it sucks to be sticking a 1080 into this thing just to get it running after buying everything else new. Reminds me of those car model kits from the 80s that had the Ferrari body but a Volkswagen engine.

Yeah that has to be value. I measured my 3070 box and did the math. 500k graphics cards would need 195,312 cubic feet of storage space. A shipping container is 2,400 cubic feet.
