I got a PowerColor Red Devil 9070 XT from MicroCenter, and having them put it into a Corsair 3500x with a 9800X3D, 64GB DDR CL30 6000, 2TB PCIe 5.0 NVME Samsung 9100 for an OS drive and a second 4TB 990 Pro for games, et al, Asus X870E, and RGB ICue Extraordinaire, with RX Max fans because I refuse to have another loud build out of the gate I have to spend time and energy fixing after the fact.
I really should have gone with Ut's solution if I wasn't such a picky bastard about the individual parts. The only thing I was on the border about was not being able to get an Artic Cooling 360 from MC since they were continuously out of stock, so I went with the Corsair 360 Titan for the AIO. Not best in class but with the 9800X3d, not required I think, plus I liked the LCD and I wanted to go all Corsair with this build.
Priced out I think I spent a little more, like $3100? (I might be off a couple hundred from getting the fans/case at Amazon) including the build cost.
I may get the MicroCenter warranty on the PowerColor card now, reading these issues.
I haven't picked it up yet but in both my assemblies at MC, I never had them fail to boot test to for me to confirm it worked. Honestly I don't remember if I demanded it or they offered it but I wouldn't leave the store without seeing it work.
Lots of new faces, only one guy I recognized from when I had my 7700x built but long gone are the days I went in every few weeks and looked around.
Semi-Edit: I could not recommend more
