The actor then addressed the messages in a video on her story, saying that the ones she shared were among “hundreds” of similar hateful messages.
“I question what my purpose is even being here in front of you saying this is happening,” Ingram said. “I think the thing that bothers me is that, like, sort of, this feeling that I’ve had inside of myself, which no one has told me, but this I just have to shut up and bear it, and I’m not built like that.”
Ingram also thanked fans who have stuck up for her and spoke out against the online hate she’s received.
“So I really just wanted to come on, I think, and say thank you to the people who show up for me in the comments and the places that I’m not going to put myself,” she said. “And to the rest of y’all: Y’all weird.”

I'm wholly convinced that Hayden is one of the largest miscasts in cinema history. Go watch Life as a House, Awake, Jumper, etc. The dude can't act for fucking shit.
Don't get me wrong, George had some cringey fucking dialogue throughout the movies, but his delivery is just pure dogshit. Compare someone like Ewan or Portman, hell even Ian McDiarmid. They had the same shit dialogue to work with, but it's delivered 1000x better and thus doesn't seem nearly as awful.

Portman's acting was also shit in the prequels. Especially the first one, but not much better in the second or third. And she's a fairly okay actress.
The direction was bad, and the direction in these streaming series is also bad.

i mean he was supposed to be acting like a petulant child and he delivered on that. if Christenson gave any other kind of performance he would have had to redo the scene. Lucas was infamous for clashing with Harrison Ford because Ford hated Lucas's scripts and so he would start ad-libbing in scenes. by the time ep2 rolled around he wasnt going to put up with any shit from actors who had other ideas about his characters i think Ford only got away with it because he was perfect for the Han role and nobody else was available.

it all just looks so stupid. possibly millions of people watched this show. maybe tens to a hundred thousand posted on social media a bunch of positive shit. take the win, you got this. everyone loves it supposedly. why focus on a few hundred "mean" fans and go as so far as to call them racist because the worst actor happens to be a black person. its pretty sad when a 10 year old girl did a much better job than an adult. i bet the little black hustler kid got no hate messages because he was great. if the comments are from racists why is only one "poc" getting all the hate and why now after 40+ years of blacks in Star Wars are there racists now? Mcgregor should know this, he's just allowing himself to buy into this bullshit. as this show goes on and his role gets smaller and the Reva story becomes more predominant, the criticism against her is just going to become louder and louder. gonna call everyone a racist, Ewan? you got no sympathy from me.
