I also played a necro main in EQ and loved that play style, especially as it evolved to puller/dot king/versatility.
So far I dont enjoy it as much in pantheon. I’m only 7 on it but the pet is kinda weak, dots are weak, snare barely snares, etc. it may get better and I’ll admit I may be too low level to judge.
as other said the game brings back old school memories and plays very similar to eq. I did think vanguard did better so far on class design though. But I continue to try and keep an open mind. I really want to try Druid when it comes out.

This is something they have said in the past then walked it back some and then said it again later. You really have no idea if they're fully funded or what the parameters or timelines were when they supposedly got investment money. Are they fully funded such that they can hire more people or are they fully funded such that they can continue on the pace they were at 2 years ago? There's little chance they have a blank check so it has to come with some kind of terms.
