With the new level 2 passive WAR can solo a lot better now. Permanent passive hp regen that scales as you level. This is EQ, so you are going to need to have some patience if you want to do group stuff.
Halnir Cave entrance goes up to.. roughly 13 before exp starts to crawl. You can start there at 9 with any class, tank just has to be aware to side step ravage (not interrupt, let the full cast go and take advantage of the zero damage). (At 13 go to Manor till 16. At 16 go to Orcs in AVP till 19. At 19, go to Fort or Mad Run.)

I was saying that you cant get exp with me in the current tier. But when you hit 19, we can do roughly the same shit because that tier stretches out for 7 levels.
I guarantee you I can. I was getting great xp at 14 with a 19 DL. If you are about to be 20 that's just fine, even at 15. And I will be 16 or 17 by tomorrow. I have great solo options right now with wildlife or grabbing a buddy and doing orcs some more.
I struggled around that level on my war as well. Once I hit 10-12 it got a lot easier
I tanked it at that lvl on a Warrior. Just had to be ultra keenly aware of Ravage. But yea, it gets massively easier at 11ish.
Don't disagree, but with the new regen changes I can solo white cons now pretty safely with only modest downtime. Depends on the mob of course but Warrior is in a much better spot for solo... at 13 at least

So, I did indeed get to 17. The elite section of AVP ogres is pretty great xp, and the gold and loot are equal to BR. Got 4 pieces of the new healer leather. Was a great night so far.
He said late Jan and before PvP which is next month but this wasn’t the “official reveal” so I’m guessing it’s coming Jan 29th.
