Personally I'd rather have seen them go the opposite and change things such that people screwing with their gamma etc didnt circumvent night time.

Over on P99 I remember dark night time going in, some people saying it "broke their computer" downloading that patch. Lol...

Then we showed the basic candle was like a flood light when it should only barely light up the character holding it. This was ignored in favor of caving to whiners instead of making it a classic emulation of the game.

It will never end with the demands to neuter the game to McDonalds tier auto follow, 1 macro (none of these that allow more than 1 ability + some chat lines pls) that does your rotation, pets who wont attack CC'd mobs etc till they blow through the content and quit then move on to the next game to ruin.

One of my earliest memories then is walking around Freeport with a candle unable to see anything. The experience and atmosphere is something you don't forget.

Yeah I got stuck in the gnoll caves between everfrost and blackburrow. I figured out to cast some shitty ranger fire spell that gave me a few seconds of light, to get my bearings, lol.

Playing a Dark Elf and listening to other players bitch about not seeing shit. I was like, dude what are you talking about its as clear as day in this cave is your PC broken?

I don't know why I let myself get talked into this shit.

Is there a way to change the toolbars? Maybe I'm missing something but I really like to arrange my buttons around in an orderly fashion. I can't even seem to move the auto-attack button. (The tilde button by default? really?)

I bought a fucking printer, binder,and three way hole punch just formy EQ Atlas maps. And I absolutely loved it. But I dont want to do that shit again as an old ass dad gamer.
