We'd literally have guild battles vs the adena farmers who stuck to certain spots known for easy drops amounts. They would at times call in reinforcements of their own (this was in the hey-day of RMT) and you'd have wars between Guilds , the Gold Farmers , and the roaming solo folks ganking everyone. used to fight asians in uo all the fucking time, as they spammed frantically in japanese. they had trhe last laugh though. that god awful samurai and ninja expansion pack.

I don't know man. I think EQN will be successful but I'm not sure I'll ever play it - even though SB looks pretty cool. But one cool system on top of a lot of systems I don't like does not equal a game I want to play.

The combat in particular is going to be a lot like DCUO except you'll get to mix up your powers by swapping around your classes instead of getting 'stuck' with just energy gadgets or wtf. Now I enjoyed DCUO but it isn't something I wanted to play for more than a few weeks.

Oh shit add-ons , now to see what to spend.

Yup. I wasnt following EQN closely but I thought it may be worth looking at when it releases.

Not anymore. This is going to be the same things that made D3 shitty.

All those extras are disgusting. Isn't Hero Essence an equivalent to a rare spell/ability? And they're just giving them out in a grab bag? Way too many in game perks. I'm pretty sure Brad would put his mother up in a tier if he thought she'd sell.

It's like you guys are in a casino.

The fact that they put extra bank slots and bag slots as kickstarter addons means we can expect those in a cash shop if the game launches. So Brad wants me to buy the game, pay a sub, and still buy storage for $. Not sure I can dig it.
