Yes, they do. Minion hp scaling is quite high, it is not long before they have way more life than you do, and they have access to stuff like 'regenerate 3% max hp per second'.
They will always have the same problems that made WoW give them 90% aoe resist though - they can and will stand directly in boss one-shot mechanics and micromanaging them not to is a job for an APM-jacked sc2 pro, not for a casual gamer ;p

Anyone else trying to build around hexblast? I am confused at what’s going on, sometimes it feels great other times it’s weak as hell. Also if you are hexblast how are you handling defenses and are you trying to make the curse aoe massive or have some other strategy? My blasphemy radius is tiny even with a magnify gem which is the big issue for me right now, feels like almost face tanking to get it to trigger. Problem with getting that close tho is just getting my shit pushed in before I can get a spell off. Granted I don’t have the sockets for the es recharge on stun yet so that may help? Dunno just feels janky. Everything about this game’s felt janky other than my old cof comet pre nerf

If CoF didnt still delete bosses I'd agree with you I just dont understand gutting mapping for it.
Regardless I dont play it, survivability sucked on maps so i rerolled before the nerf even happened. I do this build (unlikely to get nerfed, its complicated enough as it is) but Melee Chronomancer is hysterical and blows everything up to T16. Mines iterated a little differently then this guide but it will get you going in the right direction.

Game has so many interesting options/interactions and its missing a ton of classes/ascendancies/weapons/skills still.
Im currently making a mana stacking warrior based on an idea I had. That 50% increased small passive node + his 15% increased maximum life + the mana cost to life cost nodes near warrior start and relative proximity to getting to the top of the tree.... I think its gonna be pretty good as MoM Archmage with Eternal Youth.

And this is why the first thing I do is disable chat. I wish I could disable other players in town, too. The framerate in the A2 town is ass even on my 4070 Super.

You werent kidding, cleared through A2 in cruel and I think I'm basically at the end of it in around 3 hours......way quicker, but Count did take longer for some reason. Seems he was faster attacking or I'm just retarded because he froze me to death a few times. <--- the charm that supposedly breaks freeze didnt do shit either so whatever.

I'm getting a ridiculously annoying bug with maps. Some maps are COMPLETELY crashing as soon as you enter and it kicks you to the log on screen and results in losing your map 100% as you cannot enter it without dc'n. Extremely annoying and apparently a very common issue. It's happened to me 3x today.

Laid off maps on my Merc tonight. I hate to admit it, but I did chapter 1 in just under an hour w/ all side objectives completed as a Ranger. I could probably do it faster on a fresh Merc. End Game "maps" have basically made me strip away all the unnecessary lolly-gagging, exploring, and needless killing. So I guess.. if we HAVE to do the campaign over each season.. it wont be "that" bad. But man that feels like shit to admit.

I have been dicking around with a ranger at the moment too. Honestly I will probably go back on my sorc when the dust settles a little but the respec cost really just pisses me off.
