Sometimes it bugs for me as well. I usually unsummon everything and then start adding whatever Minion I am using again.

Not sure about the second one. Unless you use Chaos Inoculation you should get more spirit.
I do not have chaos it will only let me summon 4 arsonist

Well mapping definitely feels better today especially with my resists capped since they threw out the extra penalties.

I did have a T7 map with the faster cast / attack speed bullshit in the dumb huts stage and some rare destroyed me in 2 seconds flat; but that was the only death in my 2 hours of playtime. After death effects have certainly been toned down damage wise, but there's a few enemy types where I still dont always see their powerful attacks winding up.

Hopefully the drops are improved a bit further unless later maps already do that - have only done a T9 so far, nothing higher but the drops have been pretty barren.

Do you understand why the build works or no? There is a reason for this. I am not even talking about this part here (even though it is is an issue cause they added curves and loops instead of stright lines like the PoE tree)

See the nodes in the top left and the nodes in the far right? They are cornerstones in the Corrupting Cry warrior build as well. The PROBLEM is inbetween its a lot of +5 small passives instead of interesting shit like the PoE1 tree, not the fact that you have to go far for em. It used to be you would go through the middle sections and grab some life or resist or armor or whatever. Now they have cut down on pathing and intermediate power notables so the best way is to go around the "long" way because you dont even have an effiecent or useful option to not. They used to have notables along the way now you have to branch off for any of em. Its LESS INTERESTING. Thats the issue.
It's a really cool unintended build, but I'm not sure why you expect interesting melee choices in the Sorceress and Witch area.

PoE 1 would have the same problem with a melee Witch, even with the centre Scion path to make it a shorter journey.

This is exactly what early access is meant to pick up on, so get the feedback to the PoE forums I guess.

I mean, this is basically what Lab was too and it was tied to ascendancy. The only reason people didn't bitch about "one and done" there is because power creep made Lab so easy you didn't even need to worry about mechanics.

But I remember quite a bit of whining back when lab first released.

Lab doesn't take an hour for third ascendancy. If you failed... you failed much sooner and could try again. Failing third ascendancy at the third boss is brutal.

I don't remember Uber Lab ever taking more then maybe 30 minutes on a shitty build and a bad layout even trying to get all the things (which I don't ever remember lab being so hard those were required, just did it to farm keys).

I had a lab runner during Temple league and I consistently got in the top 10 runners. Shit was fucking amazing. You'd just run with a devotos or some other good base helm get enchant and sell for like 20-50 ex. They really won't have that type of content in this game for a while based on how they're trying to control the pace.

Unless you're talking about uber uber labs. If that's the case I never had any experience farming those.

Also its pretty troll of GGG requiring an item and a much harder trial for the third point.

And on the SRS? Whats the load out on them?

Currently using Feeding Frenzy on SRS myself.
Feeding Frenzy is a great choice as they don't really take damage outside of AE damage because they're untargetable. I think just have a 4 link with SRS/Immolate/Ele Focus/Maim because I don't rely on them for damage. The maim is nice because they're hyper aggressive and just by maiming everything which helps with my Snipers Pin combo to make sure I don't get my ass surrounded and beat down.

I am a Gemling Legionnaire so I can use the same support in two places, so my supports are a little weirder because I have stuff like feeding frenzy and martial tempo in two skills at once because of the value I think they have.

I had the icon to go there last night, which I'm positive wasn't there before. But all of the options are locked out for me. Perhaps you guys are all suffering because I'm slow and only in Act III, I'm not sure. I can go to my own hideout just fine.

I've checked every single day if I can buy one, but there are still zero choices. I do have the option to gift one to the guild from my own personal MTX, but they are only the premium ones from the supporter packs, and I don't really feel like giving away my $480 one, as I'm pretty sure it is gone after that.

I do see that I have the Sunspire one from PoE1 available to gift. I really liked that one, but again, I think it just vanishes from my own choices if I donate it, and I don't know that I could rebuy it again? I've tried to find a list of ones that transfer over but haven't had any luck. I'm not opposed to spending a few bucks in PoE1 and then donating it here, but I'm not going to just randomly try buying things and hoping they are transferrable. If anyone finds a list, let me know.
We can all chip in for that. Its pretty easy to donate if we ever do get to that point. I just personally dont see the need in it... yet? Hell, there should be a free one in my mind. Just simply because some random faggot in town with a cosmetic skin isnt going to catch my attention. But a guild member that bought that real expensive skin? Ill at least talk about it in a positive or a negative light - one or the other.

Also - no, man. Take your time playing. There is absolutely no rush. End Game .. is questionable in terms of "fun." If you havent noticed, they keep changing shit at end game. Resists, builds, telegraphing, etc. etc. Shit needs way more time to bake and anyone thats been mapping as long as I have and is still playing like that to this point, is masochistic.
Yeaaaaaaa no. The best builds require extensive traveling and its not fun. Its been a complaint since Day 1 that the tree feels limp and not as fun as PoE1, the removed a big chunk of its power and shifted it to gear.

Here is the Vine Arrow build that just got mega nerfed since it was probably the best build in the game bar none

The fact you have to go all over the place like that and its mostly boring +5 str/int/dex nodes is dumb.

My build looks exactly the same on my Merc. Im traveling to a different classes tree for defensives and shit, and when I played that other class - Im traveling to the Merc's tree to get Damage buffs. With 3 lines traveling down separate paths to get nodes 3/4 of the way in. Just an insane number of travel nodes for relatively little gain.

Im really just not a fan of the +Stat nodes or armor nodes, or evasion nodes, etc. 15% Armor is typically 0.8% actual armor. Why am I spending 7 points just to get roughly 6% armor after its all said and done? It just feels so disconnected from the end game where shit can one shot you.
It'll be way worse in the "Holy shit I need to always be concentrating because I only get 1 attempt" world of PoE2
I would much rather prefer the system .. I think it was.. D3? .. where each rare you kill gives you a stacking buff for +loot amount/rarity. Sure, put a cap on it if you want to. But you take your eyes off the screen one second and die to a fart in the wind that boots you out of the map is some real lame ass shit. Let me die as much as I want, and the penalty be that I dont get that stacking buff or w/e. Just something not so fucking awful, at least not while theyre still balancing the end game every single week.

I wonder if the issue with my spirit is level related, I got carried through the 3rd trial and am only level 53.
I think you get both spirit boosts from the Mist guy or whatever in Act 3 (the one from the affliction league a year ago).

Should put you at 100 without anything else on.

I have the ascendancy that reserves Hp for spirit, 353 worth, I’m not getting access to the spirit that’s being but the Hp are being reduced.

This ultimatum trial. I picked the wrong things apparently. Ring of doom was easy to avoid at first. Then get to the boss, Ring of doom, 1 huge tornado and 2 smaller ones in that small ass boss arena.

The POE 2 tree isn't 'bad' but it's nowhere near as good as the POE1 tree. The POE1 passive tree is buy far one of the best aspects of the game IMO. Figuring out the choices, optimizing, min-maxing, noodling around with it, all of that is fantastic.

I don't like that they seem to want to simplify it so normies find it less intimidating, presumably. Fuck normies.


As one easy example: there's 1 cluster right now for each weapon type. 1 for quarterstaves, 1 for swords, etc. In POE1 there are like 3 or 4 per type, and the magic was having to pick which ones you wanted based on travel distance and the various differences in the bonuses they provided depending on what you're trying to do. It wasn't just +dmg or 1 simple choice.

Usual caveats apply, this is early access, the rest of the weapons aren't in, etc.

You're right it isn't 'bad', it's complete dogshit.
