If I die and dying poofs my loot than alright. I can live with that. Having to farm up all the fragments to get another try after one death is not reasonable. If you want your game to be hard as fuck than you have to at least give me the ability to get some practice in. If you're not going to let me practice than instead of playing the game I'm going to be watching guides on YouTube. Do you want me playing your or do you want me watching someone else's videos.

I've got a Frost Sorc in maps. It's a bit slow because it one shots everything and has about 4k Energy Sheild, but I have to wait for recharge after hard packs. Tried Grim Harvest which helps but doesn't refill enough.

I'd like something which has better sustain, so trying a leech build. Also want to make fun of the people complaining by playing the "worst" ascendancy.

Got 3 lvl 95s in settlers league in PoE 1, but I just can't get into anything so far. I guess I'll keep checking in and maybe try again later and see if something clicks.

I don't think I have the fortitude to play the campaign again, and I'm not even through cruel with my warrior. Absolutely no chance if they put in 10 acts or whatever they have planned.

I wish they would allow campaign clear and the resist/tree points/spirit points flags to be account wide. That and scaling maps for 1-100 would make for a much better alt system, which would extend the amount of enjoyment people would get each season.

I feel I have been no lifing this after work each day and I am not even close to be able to fight the breach Boss or even find the keys for the Tower.

What about Ritual and the other mechanics? I have only found breach splinters and Boss books.

Ya not entirely sure but you can actually buy splinters and other things to speed up the process.

I leveled a Monk as a second character and with some form of leveling guide its quite fast the second time.

After playing 3 characters to 80+, I think the game is good but the amount of friction is far too much for no purpose other than to be aggravating. I'm still gonna play it some, but I'm close to being done to see what they do to fix this PoE 1.5 game. It ain't PoE 2, its just PoE 1 with better graphics and more grift. Everythings the same game at the end.

The old saying from PoE1 is "Rog is Pog". But the options that he presents to you are random and most of the outcomes of those options are as well. It's not deterministic.

Show me your essence tab, lets see how many greater essences you have.

The problem is they did several layers of things, where one would have been a sufficient penalty for death.

But you've got hardcore one death only, lose the loot, lose the waystone, one portal, one hit kills, and experience loss.

The death penalty is fucking brutal.

Its pretty obvious how GGG feels about us as players being able to deterministically craft in PoE2.

Yea the 1 death thing doesn't bother me either. I think there can be a nice medium in that white t1 maps is 6 deaths all the way to t16 being only 1 death. But they also need to then make t16s more rewarding from what I've seen posted here.

The game is just way to grindy as ssf and the reward/risk ratio feels meh. I really fucking hate how this game is balanced around trade. Would be 1000x better if loot was only tradeable via guilds and friends and private leagues (have to have been on your friends list when the item dropped).

Huh?

That's not one attempt, that's infinite attempts. Which to be clear is perfectly reasonable as far as I'm concerned, but uh... obviously you guys aren't okay with 1 attempt.
