reddit and youtube been bring up jonathan after last epoch release saying they had to have a modern day auction house with buy outs, but they can't make it easy/free as it will take away game progression. then goes on say, could have an gold fee that scaled with item power per each sale.

You can trade this stuff on the Currency Exchange ingame. You do not need to go to the trade forum.
You only need to go to the trade site for gear and a few other things like uncut gems and waystones.

Cash it in for exalts. I bought a Greater Jewelers yesterday for 31 ex. One divine should get you two greaters or a greaters and a really nice piece of gear. You might want to wait until you are 75+ though before spending too much on gear, the best pieces are usually going to have a higher level requirement.

it’s really simple, if trading is part of the game stop making it a complete fucking hassle, WoW figured out how to make a functional auction house 2 decades ago.
