The special stat on chests you want is spirit.
his expert keth there is nearly max ES.
expert keth have the +50% mana regen implicit.
Expert hexer's have no implicit, but higher innate ES. so a hexer with those ES rolls and quality would probably be over 1k es.
max es on a chest is: prefix.
+96 max ex,
+30 max es/42% es,
and +110%es.
121/140% means, he hit all 3, with nearly max rolls. 126/152% is max.
Spirit on a chest is a prefix. +61. so it will come at the price of the raw defense however.
+36 int is max int. so he rolled top tier there. int is highly regarded due to needing mana for everything in poe2.
45% resist is max there. so those 33% are probably not top tier, but just below. but still great, as suffix on chests are meh.
(can't actually get raw mana on chests either)
I don't know if socketed helps or hurts sales. there's no doubt, tons of people don't look. they just see big number.
however, you're actual needs might differ:

Yea I'm unsure how to do the Sockets in trades. When I buy I kinda want them empty so I can decide myself.
Sitting and upgrading my gear now that I've had since like lvl 80 with the divs I made. Can get quite alot of good items for 1 div.
The scepter will be ass to upgrade though. I hit the correct Auras and +4 minions back in campaign when I "crafted" it, and if I add Spirit it skyrockets to 30 div.

heres a reddit thread by a trader. he does suggest people only give a shit about the raw values, after runes. not the potential power of not having the runes already in. this is at least partially due to the filter sorting, only caring about the final value.

Here you go, I'm using a Sniper build from Maxroll right now, no idea if it's super good or not. It clears everything so far besides the Breach Gauntlet, might be doable now because I have like 7 extra Snipers now.
The sad part is I lack 3 spirit for 20 Snipers lol. But running 2 Clerics instead right now which might be a good idea.

Doing Torchlight Infinite new season, banged out campaign and got to maps in like 2 hours max already hitting 3m dps. Think I'm having more fun than poe2.

ES is easy. I haven't bought an item and have 5700. Max Quality on your gear adds a ton of defense effect, remember.
Also, my note for this Sunday morning is: Fuck Volatile Plants. I just lost a unique and 2 T15 maps because of one little remaining purple orb. FFS.

I have zero Chaos res I’ve always ran CI because it’s fucking nice as fuck to not have to worry about it, I used to die a lot to random other elemental one shots but then I started selling shitty maps that lowered my resist or penetrated my asshole and the dying stopped, mostly.

they aint gonna announce shit when it comes to big changes. Only balance changes (read nerfs), usual qol and bug fixes. Only reason they are doing the live thing at this stage is the fact that the end game is utter shit and they need to calm people down with promises of fixing it. Also something about melee, but lets be honest, no one really cares about melee. Only no lifers and streamers play melee, mostly for lols

Only die to boss moves and bullshit like Corpse Explosion.
Probably mid-endgame though. Can clear T16 maps and any rare, but inconsistent on bosses. Got Copper Citadel boss to 25% so not where I need to be yet.
Need Ingenuity Belt for the next level.
