yea that was it. there's no visual indicator for when it's ready to receive a hex. it's not like...the cull-spell-wand where you get a glow and it can't be activated till then. you can happily burn mana trying to sort out when that can be used.

hilariously too, i think the "50 percent experation" means if you buy hex duration++ it's worse, and if you buy "hex activate faster" passives, it doesn't help in the way you think it would. they could have just said "no blasphemy hex blasting" and been done with it if it was chafing their diaper so bad.

I'm really hoping they can eventually flip it to "mixed". These game dev autists fucking live/die by Steam reviews now. It's one of the best ways to get them to act...fast. Helldivers 2 is a great example of how quickly they'll react to review bombing.

their marketing guy should ahve also emphasized pre-league some of what was in the interview. the bit about "okay wer're at a baseline and we expect to upgrade things we see underperforming /represented.
and they should have hidden away and never shown that they have no one play testing, playing the game where you don't meticulously disenchanted the yellows, breaking down the socket items, and sold literally every item...presumibly with max item fiind to balance the currency/item drop/crafting for new players. they presumed new players would do this? and balanced the game around it?

First, apologies for neglecting the guild. Is there anything that needs to be done on that front? I'm assuming that someone would have pinged me if so, but thought I'd pop in and make sure. I still have plenty of credits so if we need more space I can add it. Or move stash tabs, add them, whatever.
Second, seems like I'm not entirely wrong in my lack of interest in logging back in anytime soon. Which is sad, I was super-hyped for this game (as were most of us, I assume). Just running the first 3 acts twice killed any motivation I had, so I'm not sure how well I'm going to do repeating it over and over for new leagues and shit. I'm not sure who thought absolutely fucking monstrous zones was a good idea, but it isn't. At least for me, maybe others like it, but sometimes I'd contemplate starting a new zone and then just log off instead because I didn't want to be faced with yet another hour long slog to clear the whole zone (since it was new to me and I had no idea if I was missing something exciting; I'm sure we'll be ignoring most of those huge zones in later leagues). I can almost guarantee I probably won't play much more than just randomly until "full release" whenever or whatever that might be.
Anyway, once again sorry for not being around, but I'm almost always able to log in within a day if someone needs something, so just let me know.

Except Jonathan is a little twink and he gets his dopamine hits by being punished like a bad little boy. He is not the same. Hence, pretty much every one of PoE2's systems.

Vaal Guard Spectres are hilarious. With 7 up I cant see boss mechanics. Screen goes Boom and everything on fire.
It's fun though!
After act 3 it's back to 0.1 speed pretty much, granted they did buff minions and nerf monsters from where they started.
The only boss I really struggle with is the Viper Bitch, had to call a friend to help.
