yup. I saw I had ~$200 invested. pretty close to what I thought it was, but seeing it all stacked up seems like a lot.
But GGG does put out a lot of content, so.... worth it.
I'd be annoyed if the beta keys are only for $500+, I guess I could get whatever stupid supporter pack they put out that includes it if it's around 50 bucks though. It's not just the key, you still get stash space and maybe they've got a really cool cosmetic lined up since this would be the big one.

I'm at ~$280 between december 2018 - present. Hadn't spent anything for years (Armour set mtx are whatever to me) but most recently they got me with the currency drop counting ring and the timer map portal.
So i'm probably not grandfathered in but i'm fine with buying $30 more points if i feel compelled to play poe 2 early.

So.. I joined 2 days prior to the Early access packs going up it looks like... thats why I don't have one on my account. still no clues on if I also had bought in prior. I don't think I have CC records for that long ago, that I could look up easily.

Yeah but she throws them in the map device and hits go. I don't find out till I'm in. Just a silly thing now that I'm not leveling. She gets a kick out of watching me die and/or tried to figure it out. She knows just enough to be sneaky and want to kill me.
I'm not sure what I got into the other day. Regular map, lighthouse. I wailed on a mob forever. He would take me down to 90% at most. I couldn't do any damage at all. I finally moved off and the mob split into multiples of the same appearing mob and could kill them. They looked like those mud mobs in EQ that used to throw mud at your to make your screen go dark.

Just keep in mind it actually does look like its going to be a nothingburger. I'd be screaming from the hilltops if it was any company other than GGG but I actually do think GGG is the gold standard of game development in 2024 so giving them money under any pretense doesn't really bother me.

I want to see what the game looks like in the hands of a competent player before I pony up anything. I get that the gameplay speed in the content reveals and in the demos was purposefully set up to be on the slower side of things but that's enough to keep me away from the front of the line.

People are guessing itll last until December due to the EA, but noone knows for sure yet. Will probably find out with next month's stream with more POE2 info.
I slowed down a lot but am still having fun this league, really hope the currency market stays, has helped a ton!

If the league is going to go on that long I might make another build. No idea what to do. I did a LS, ground slam, and a bleed earthquake build this time. The bleed earthquake worked better and I invested more into it. The LS was faster mapping and just faster moving. The ground slam I never got into it.
I thought I would try hex blast and it may be the best thing ever near the end. But the playstyle of the builds I found for leveling just weren't for me.
