25 situps/25 squats/25 pushups /25 jumping jacka - 10 minutes
30-45 weight training every other day

if you werent such a lazy stupid piece of shit who sleeps into afternoon every day you might be able to carve out a whopping 30 minutes for fitness

When's the last time you were in a fight? I was hanging out with some real shady, aggressive people when I was living in Saginaw. Drug dealers, ex-cons, etc. I know for sure I have the strength to kick an ass if I need to. When's the last time you fought anything but a keyboard battle?
