Of course, I'd also have more friends, wouldn't have to listen to people talk about their "bible study", live in a city that actually has some foliage, and I'd be able to enjoy quality food other than Mexican and BBQ. Basically, it comes down to money and an easy work/life balance vs everything else, and for right now money is more important.

Wow - this is so perfect. Coming from Philadelphia to the metroplex, I never realized how beautiful and convenient Philadelphia was until I came to the hell hole that is Dallas. I guess it's cool if you like fast food though, which I don't.

We have about 90% of the same fast food places as the US. But Tim's for whatever reason seems to have a huge market share here. They are McDonald's are #1 and 2, I think they have something like 30% of the market between them. But that shit is regional as well, it varies from one part of the country to another, same as in the US. Personally I go to Tim's once or twice a week to grab breakfast quickly, because you can get their sandwiches on whatever bagel you want. Bacon+egg+cheese+cheese bagel=delicious.

I tried Tinder and to be honest it was a waste of time. All the girls worth dating on there that were hot just use it for esteme boosts and you never get past the talking stage. As for things like Match, what I found works best is saying, "What caught my eye about your profile is bla bla bla. When you get some time, check out my profile and if you are picking up what I am putting down, reply back."

When it comes to first messages just remember KISS. Keep it simple stupid.

What? Who said anyone "needs" to use it? If you could get laid by going to some shitty bar and picking up a random stranger or stay at home, put in almost no effort, and get all the invitations you could ever want which would you choose? It's the path of least resistance and has nothing to do with "need".

I love beer but that doesn't mean I'm never going to drink scotch or gin ever again. You can do both/all three.
