It's 100% because NPR is paid for by the government, rest must be indirect and it's intentionally being obscured by the government... well not anymore thanks to Trump.
Looking at my local public radio, about 8.8% of revenue came directly from government grants. To lazy to read their publically posted audits to figure what portion of the rest of revenue came circuitously from government grants, but I assume that's not terribly large. That number is neither 1% nor 25%. I expect texas is a government funding lean state, while states like nyc that fraction is probably bigger.
