i have no idea what a akwafina is, but i know what i didnt like about that trailer, i think its one and the same. the chinese wire fighting and all the cool colors are A+ with me. the urban stuff was pretty lame. was looking like a remake to Speed for a second there. overall looks good, but not something i gotta see. though i will likely see it.

This is an easy watch. Whether or not it will be of redeeming quality to watch again is another question. Does throw me off that it is Marvel but maybe this redeems Iron Fist. I will not bother with the movie theater. At this stage there are very few movies I will go to the theater to watch.

Yep, was going to say it looks like IP man with some Wire Fu stuff thrown in, and then it all gets the Disney/Marvel treatment.
Mulan wasn't a good film, but it showed Disney can do the whole wire-fu, martial arts thing really, really well--as good as any Chinese studio, really. So might be good.

Didnt know that ten rings is the group that kidnapped Stark in the first Iron Man. Guess they been building this up for awhile.

Well, I think this was less 'building it up' and more 'we don't know how to make this work in a movie'. First they call the terrorist group in Iron Man the Ten Rings, then they have Fake Mandarin in Iron Man 3, with no relation to the terrorist group, and now we're getting Real Mandarin that has the magic Ten Rings (this time, literal rings). Who knows if we'll see any actual connection to the terrorist group in this one.
All that aside, the trailer looks good. I was skeptical that this L-tier comic character whose whole schtick was 'does kung fu' would be anything compelling, but I like what I'm seeing.

I didn't hate Captain Marvel other than Brie being by far the weakest part of the movie. TLJ though? I walked out of that one going "what the fuck was that shit?" and I've NEVER done that before with a movie.

I didn't leave the movie early, I just thought it was dogshit after it was over. I'm generally pretty picky about what I see in theaters. I did lie though, I thought Alexander was god awful too. Even Rosario Dawson's sweet sweet half-n-half titties couldn't save that one.
