That is the exact pocket knife I carry. I like how easy it is to open one handed. Also, I let my wife open my beers for me.

It is called a Knox Base wallet.

I found it on kickstarter a few years back. It was much cheaper than the more popular ridge wallet without all the extra crap to get snagged on my pants pockets. I carry 5 cards and half a dozen bills at any given time.

At first I was thinking your comment made sense. I don't keep my car and house keys on the same key*ring* but I do keep them on the same key chain. I can detach the key ring, if necessary, between my car keys and my other keys in case I want to keep the car running while I check the mail or something. But when you say you lose one you lose both, sorry that makes zero sense. I'm 40 years old and I've never lost a keychain in my life.

I have my keys broken down by function: car, motorcycle, house and work. Depending where I'm going to, I'll grab the ring(s) I need. At work I have 3 rings on the carabiner clipped to my belt along with the flashlight and gerber. Otherwise I just put the two rings I'm using in my pocket along with the knife.
