Starting my Mirepoix for chef jon's gravy turkey wing recipe now. I actually didn't want to use the wing or drumlet, those are still pretty yummy imo, so i used the ass (who the fuck eats the ass besides pets?) and neck.

Not quite sure how to continue this thread. Update it, or ignore it. I'll update for now, I guess.

I'm on oxygen pretty much full time now. Can't really walk more than 20 feet without it. I'm pretty happy I've made it a month so far, but I can tell things are declining. Late evening/early nights are the hardest; I guess I'm just wearing out through the day.

I'm having a hard time keeping my blood pressure up. I suppose it's because my heart is just petering out.

Picking up my brother today from the airport, he's coming in from New Mexico to see me, so I'm excited about that.

I guess that's it. I'll be lingering around and posting occasionally while I continue looking through Pornshots.
