I expect it's happened to more of us than we know about. I think I'm typical of the old-school user base and I'm in my mid-40's and have somehow been part of this insane shitshow for over half my life. I've lost 2-3 IRL friends and have a social circle orders of magnitude smaller than this forum.

I'm sure you're right. I'm over 50, and it's remarkable how often physical issues come up when I'm with my similar aged friends. We're aging. I, of course, am aging gracefully, but the rest of you fucks are old as shit.

I had my first set of heart attacks about three months before Gravy, not as bad as his but close. Had a second set 3 years agoish, got a triple bypass that time. Helped my Mom live through her triple bypass 2 years ago. At 84 she is far far tougher than me.
I still think about Gravy, and Mrs. Gravy and her stories. Hope she is doing well.
Oh and fuck you grand glorious assholes.
I still refer to this place as the board of jaded assholes, to my family.
