Hali is some nice eye candy, I'd want a Ponderosa 3 way with her and Jen!

Speaking of Ponderosa, here is Hali's video. She seems a lot more clever than her edit on the show. She is in law school, after all.

Yeah, would definitely bang. How the fuck is a law student 'no collar', though?

Edit: After watching the video, I guess even she asked why she was no collar! Maybe she'll do pro bono work for coconut salesman discrimination cases.

She has way more of a personality than they portrayed her on the show. Her and Jenn are definitely pretty awesome.

Where does Joe rank as comp beasts all-time on Survivor? Guy is winning both types of challenges and makes it seem easy. His weakness is his social game but that move getting the idol clue away from Carolyn was pretty slick.

I don't know why they called the vote results "#BLINDSIDE".

Seemed like general voter flakiness to me. Not some big secret plan.

Eh, it's just another way to add effect. They have to edit it so that votes like these aren't as obvious as they really are.

You know, we've had seasons before where we complain about people being dumb players, but this is really the first season I can think of that's dominated by truly and outright dumb people. Like the average IQ of the tribe has to be in the teens, and that's only because Carolyn and Tyler bump it out of the single digits. I mean, Dan apparently doesn't even know what words are... What Jeff thinks makes a good season and what actually does are clearly two very different things.

And is it just me, or is Sierra invisible 95% of the time? I keep being surprised when she shows up in a challenge or at tribal council.

Crown Mike. This season sucks.

Edit: If Dan was talking to me like that I would have beat his ass. That guy is a mega douche.
I love the irony of him giving his speech to Shirin of why she'll never win, while giving a clear example of whyhewill never win. Flippers can and have won, but colossal assholes? Ask Russell how that worked out for him.

I'm hoping it was just editing that made it seem like everyone stopped their puzzles both times Dan claimed he had it. That's just stupid. Play until Jeff says stop.
I'm pretty sure they have to stop when someone thinks they have it.

I guess the swing votes are waiting for a few more people to get out, use the blues to get the reds out and then turn on the blues, no point rocking the boat yet. But a little tired of hearing Sierra complain about people in her alliance, goes and plays that up with the other alliances, only to go back and ride the coattails of those same people, girl powah! oh no wait back to being a sheep.

What's left..
Mike, Dan, Sierra - blues
Carolyn, Tyler, Rodney, Will - swing that have an alliance
Joe, Jenn, Shirin - reds

Also going by Hali's video, I guess reds have no clue Will switched on them since the merge, Hali thought it was Shirin who switched on the votes. So far Joe deserves to win for being a beast in challenges. Mike for doing what he can for the idol, sneaking around following Joe, then the misdirection to get everyone's attention on Joe only to go off and get the idol himself. Carolyn and Tyler I guess for laying low, positioned themselves for the swing votes all the while keeping the idol safe for later use, even got a free reward out of it curtsey of Joe.

Speaking of which, lolol at Dan and Rodney trying to get Joe to take them on the reward, the douches tried to get rid of him before the merge wouldn't even talk to him, the line is clearly drawn between red and blue, why would he even consider it lol. Dan for such a "superfan" has made so many mistakes since day one.

I have no hate on Joe, but i have to take away a bit of his thunder. He's won 3 challenges in a row, the first challenge he ozzy'd through, b/c his competition was pathetic. He has the ozzy build, but still that pole hugger challenge favors women.

second puzzle mixed athletic ability w/ a 4year old's tinker toy challenge. Obviously he's gonna blast through the athletic portion, and everyone else is just too dumb to do these simpleton puzzles.

Last challenge was your basic number slide puzzle, everyone has done.

He is out if he even fails one immunity, he is gone, they aren't even going to try to do a blindside for someone else.

Ozzy had the highest immunity wins, but when he didn't win, it didn't matter b/c his aiku4 was always the majority and probably the strongest alliance.

Terry tied ozzy w/ 5 and was on an immunity streak up until day38 when he lost and of course he got fucked, who would let him stay in the game?

if joe can get rid of Mike, he's got the game cuz Mike is the only one that can even challenge him.

Joe is awesome. Regardless of what happens here on out, he has earned a spot in an all-star season, I would hope. Now, can he run the table? Hell no.

Predictable boot this week but it was the right move. I'm still not sure if Jen really wants to go home or if she thinks this is a real strategy to stay in the game. Joe made a really nice fake idol, but only an idiot would have bought his story, even if Mike didn't already know what the idols look like. Giving someone an idol to not vote for you makes no sense when you could guarantee it by just playing the idol for yourself and not giving a rival an advantage. Maybe if Joe was a hot chick and Eric the ice cream scooper was on the show it would have a chance but I think even James would have seen through that one. Can't blame him for trying though.

Yeah, the fake idol looked awesome, but giving it to Mike makes no sense(if it was real). Rodney doing his Mike impression was pretty funny. He was actually likeable for a minute.

Yeah, handing over an idol when you could've just played it for yourself was nearly as dumb as Erik. Nobody with more than 2 braincells would buy that.

This season is such a 7/10. It's not terrible, but far from great. It's a girl you are not going to kick out of your bed, but you aren't going to go bragging to your friends about her either. It is Chili's, when you were hoping for Ruth's Chris, but you are happy because it could have been McDonald's too.

Funny how a 30 second clip of Rodney doing impressions can be the entertainment high point of 9 hours of television thus far, but it was.

Does anyone have confidence in Mike's mental capacities to navigate through 6 more tribal's? I wouldn't put a dollar on that bet. He can be the humble alpha all he wants, but when his tribe gets the opportunity to send him packing, he will be gone. The blue's are going to implode on themselves before too much longer.

The Jenn stuff was way too heavy handed. Joe and her were trying way too hard to sell the "I don't want to be here" story. Action speak louder than words and she is there busting her ass in challenges.

Shirin is going to be Cochrane 1.0 at some point. Make a big move to fuck people over and get people screaming at her with bloody murder in their eyes. This looks to be inevitable.

If I had to bet on someone at this point, I would go with Tyler. Smart, capable, under the radar, and sitting at final tribal, he would be the better alternative to some of the very unlikable people he is left with.

As much as I'm gonna hate it, I think shireen is going to final tribal now. Soon blue has to start turning against themselves and they'll need some swings to make it happen. She's a better choice than Tyler or Jen since no one likes her.

Agree the fake idol play was kinda dumb, but it's possible it got a bad edit. If Joe was trading the idol for multi-week safety then it makes more sense. Play off a Jen vote as miscommunication then Joe/Mike alliance picks off the others. Having Joe on your side lessens the likelihood of the wrong person getting immunity. Oh well, what did we expect from an otherwise mediocre season.

My biggest wtf was Mike playing the fake idol. He's probably too stupid to think longer term but why not keep it in case things go sideways.

I think it's pretty clear from the way the votes fell that Mike knew the idol was fake. He's got one himself, so he knows what they look like this season. He was just thumbing his nose at Joe.

Obviously Mike knows what a real idol looks like...he found the one Joe got the clue for. Even a fake idol has its uses. Worse case he could use it the same way Joe tried. Best case he gives it to Rodney and gets him to play it when the blues split.

idk, this week seemed to focus on Jenn's skillsets more than anyone. She's a surfer/sailing instructor, so they have a water challenge/balance beam. Then to throw an anchor at a ring? Also balance test seemed to favor a surfer.

I feel like an ass, Jen looks better to me each week, and that's cuz she's probably not getting food, ha.

But this season is awash and boring.
