That is what I was thinking lol. Wtf did they have hummers in space. The guns came from the space station (i think?) and an old bunker the kids found, and Mt. Weather. I'm 99.99999% sure no one wasted fuel/space on sending a hummer to an orbital space station.
I agree. I figured grounders were going to be pissed about it for a while then the doctor would setup a hospital for all people including grounders to gain their trust. Some grounders would hate it. Some would start to like them etc. They could have done a lot with it instead of shove people we don't know in it then blow it up to make people madFirst season started out a bit slow and without much actual high-stakes action, but then it picked up and was a fast, but healthy pace and shit that happened really mattered. Now the pace is as fast but shit doesn't matter because they haven't taken the time to build up to earning the payoffs they're looking for. Hopefully they start building some shit up slower and more meaningfully instead of just thinking random action/death/explosion is enough to keep the show interesting. They've still got me so far, but my patience is waning.
I wish this seasons started focusing less on who is dying, and more how people are living, to create tensions. Have Sky Crew moving into Mt Weather should have been a point of prolonged tensions, not just the reason for the death of a bunch of red shirts.
Sadly the writing has gone down hill this season, if we dont see some major characters killed off like Belamy, Pike etc. then I really have no idea what they are trying to do. So they would have us believe that its ok to kill 300 grounders? God forbid they kill off the people who did it? Hopefully this is a setup for something awesome....I just, I can't even. What the fuck is going on with this shit?
Pike and Co get the message that blood will not lead to blood from Lexa. So the interpretation is that they can kill indiscriminately? For land to farm on rather than just asking the Grounders (who survive in the millions) how they are able to thrive. They can't possibly think that Grounder Nation will just take that forever. That writing is just so bad. Pike needs to die and that storyline just needs to end for fuck's sake. The longer it goes on the more dumb it is to have Clark's begging superpowers save Sky Crew from being scourged from the Earth.
