It's not about "knowing when", it's about being able to control it so you can climax on your own terms.

P.S. you know when you're going to sneeze too, that's why you'r able to cover your mouth/nose. It sneaks up on you but you have time to react appropriately, same thing can happen with sex. Sometimes a woman just says/does something that gets me all riled up in a hurry.
