That stuff is great on a hot day.so how similar is it to Stiegl Radler? I've tried a bunch of them and they aren't quite my cup of tea.
What do you do with the other 3 or 5 12oz bottles if you don't like it?I only buy bomber if it's a special beer that I can't get any other way. I'd rather drink 12oz if something than have to finish 22oz of it because I opened it.
A shandy is a radler.so how similar is it to Stiegl Radler? I've tried a bunch of them and they aren't quite my cup of tea.
I mean much more so the grapefruit shandy you're specifically talking about versus what's considered the best grapefruit randler available on the market.A shandy is a radler.
I wouldn't put it past a state to have some crazy rule like this, but generally speaking beer, wine and spirits are taxed on the production end, not the packaging end.Could be on to something 750ml is a pretty standard liquor bottle size so maybe it is taxed differently
Buy one bottle to tryWhat do you do with the other 3 or 5 12oz bottles if you don't like it?
Good point, I totally ignored the idea of buying single bottles.Buy one bottle to try
save them for company or drink them when taste is not the #1 priorityWhat do you do with the other 3 or 5 12oz bottles if you don't like it?
Yeah when I saw it was the "Go To" IPA I assumed it was directed towards people who want to pretend to enjoy IPA without all the IPA punchHad some Stone Go-To IPA tonight. I can't quite pin down which hop has been plaguing IPA's this year with that garlic/onion powder aroma, but this beer has a ton of it. Also it is very thin and watery, even for a session beer.
Never had anything by them but found Dirty Bastard while out today, so picked up a 6er and will try it out here in a bit.Founder's everything is impressive. Except for that cherry beer they tried to brew once upon a time. That shit was atrocious.
I'm on the opposite coast so not much chance of trying it, but I was wondering if the hibiscus comes across as flowery at all?I picked up a 6 pack of Evolution Brewing Seacrets Tropicale. I got it due to the description of brewed "with honey and hibiscus." It's a really good summer beer. Highly recommend for any fellow Marylanders out there.
