Eh thats prly not even Alpha - and it still looks impressive. The co-op aspect to me is the most intriguing aspect since its what i wish Dragons Dogma had.I have no idea what you saw xxex but all I saw was a slow moving character moving down a couple of dark tunnels with a rare fireworks display or troll.
There is one benefit to the PS4. PS Plus. The longer you have it the more free games you get.Honestly, if you plan on getting both consoles eventually anyways, and you want one at launch, it doesn't matter which one you buy. There are basically no good launch exclusives, and this early in the console life cycle the games are going to look almost exactly the same on either system(for probably the first year or two). Buy the one you can get, and then wait to get the other once there are a few exclusive games worth playing in 6 months to a year.
Technically the XBOne is doing it too, but to a lighter looking extent - reason I got suckered back into getting both. There is one benefit to the PS4. PS Plus. The longer you have it the more free games you get.
If i remember correctly the xbox gold giving you free games isnt a permanent thing, that is going to stop (this is where my memory is fuzzy) in november. Let me see if i can find the info.Technically the XBOne is doing it too, but to a lighter looking extent - reason I got suckered back into getting both.
http://n4g.com/news/1287938/microsof...ive-gold-games"One of the highlights of Microsoft's E3 press conference was the announcement that all active Xbox LIVE Gold members will receive two free Xbox 360 games every monthfor the rest of the year. Fable 3 is currently free for Gold members and will be replaced by Halo 3 and Assassin's Creed II next month."
I wonder if it will be all games that have a PSN option or just some popular ones or what?At the Tokyo Game Show today, Shuhei Yoshida announced that Sony will soon launch a library of PlayStation 3 titles via its Gaikai cloud-gaming service. Yoshida also confirmed that the games will be available to play on the PS4 -- as previously rumored -- as well as on the PS Vita and Vita TV. Given that the PlayStation 4 won't natively support PS3 titles when it launches stateside later this year, the cloud-based options should come as a huge relief to those looking to pick up the company's latest console and, you know, have something compelling to play. Look for this service to hit the US in 2014 -- no word yet on when it will launch in Europe.
Have to remember a lot of consoles are bought not by the end user, but by their parents. You think they know shit about launch titles when the Best Buy sales associate points them to the next-gen console that's available on the floor?Yeah getting an xbone over a ps4 because it's easier to get at launch doesn't make much sense given that the best exclusives aren't available at launch right?
Especially around the holidays when these are launching.Have to remember a lot of consoles are bought not by the end user, but by their parents. You think they know shit about launch titles when the Best Buy sales associate points them to the next-gen console that's available on the floor?
Just saw this also, got myself another controller and another game for $107 total. Much better then the 120+tax it would have been elsewhere.Toys R Us is having a 20% off everything sale, and it's applying to PS4 and Xbone game preorders:http://slickdeals.net/f/6288880-toys...k-4?p=62009584
