You're right, I should have put 20s on my SUV. Always amused by people's concerns about what people spend their money on. However I just started playing wow again so that's not really a factor. In it to begin with. Honestly no single game will factor into just wanting to splurge.

I don't really get all the OLED vs. LCD stuff with the Vita. To me, the LCD looks a lot better inthis videoand I'm definitely going to wait for the 2000 to get one.

Oh wait, nevermind I thought the black one was the 1000. Never seen a white 1000 before, so I guess I assumed that was the new look for the 2000 (in Japan at least).

My only complaint about the OLED screen are the black blotches you can see on the screen when the screen is all dark. It doesn't appear in 99% of the actual usage of the device, but when it does, it's annoying.

Yeah, the White is the OLED. Pretty sure it was JPN only or something.

The OLED does blacks and darks a LOT better, and looks a lot more detailed and crisp to me. The 2000 looks pretty washed out in comparison. Like someone cranked up the gamma way too hard.

There's some really weird imbalance in the Greens on the LCD, they're set way too high. The LCD was never going to do Blacks nearly as well or have as good color accuracy to begin with, but the color balance is completely off on it too.

Probably, they're a good value with how long they last - just finally had my old Cambridge pair that Logitech was partnered with way back when from when I bought Doom 2 back in the day and needed something better to use my Sound Blaster 16 with give up the ghost in the past year or two... From before I moved in with the wife.... and we've been living together over 20 years now, hah.

I'll be honest. Based off of the video shown, I liked the way Uncharted looked more on the lower one than the higher one. Especially before Nathan stands up and the screen is dark. There's actually more detail on the black system than the white one. Then there's a few other things. The loading screen, the gold coin on the white system has more of a reddish tint to it, where as the black system appears more "golden".

Just my observation. There is definitely more tree detail in the white system during the intro of Rayman.
