Bleh (drunken rant), gonna voice my grievance on xbox support for my one and only time. So I bought about 4 years worth of game cards while they were on sale, entered them in and what not, and didn't pay attention to my credit card expiring. Talked to support a couple of years ago because my disc drive wasn't supporting the recently redone "encrypting" of the cds, but played older games fine. Which is a separate issue which they completely ignored and wouldn't help me with, then they mentioned I owed 3 years worth of payments. I then mentioned I had 4 years worth of games cards entered in and they said that goes onto a separate account and that I would need to pay the 3 years in order to continue playing. Complete bullshit as they completely wrote off 4 years worth of time of game cards entered and accepted and gave me 0 credit towards it. So on top of the known disc support issue that they wouldn't do anything for, the red ring of death, and the game card issue.. I'll never touch a MS console again.

Realize I could just buy the xbox one and create a new account, but I just can't forgive such a crapshit support system. Have had every PS system since launch and only had to replace my 5 year old PS2 with a slim version because it wasn't reading discs.

Well they confirmed it's a timed exclusive, didn't say how long but I'd expect 2ish months or so. So not really a big deal unless you have to play shit right away. Unless it sells so little Square decides to not bother.

With Rise of the Tomb Raider scheduled to release Fall of 2015, a deal to get exclusive rights through Christmas sounds expensive. Perhaps they only paid for this baby through Thanksgiving.

After spending the last couple weeks trying to get into my PS3 again in preparation for Destiny I gave up. None of the games were sticking (Wolfenstein, Bioshock Infinite, Borderlands 2) so I said screw it and traded all my PS3 crap in at Best Buy and picked up a Playstation 4 & Killzone Shadowfall. I was skeptical of jumping to next gen (not a huge console - or any type - of gamer these days) and the differences I would see but after a few hours in Killzone I can definitely say I don't regret my decision. Dualshock 4 is a big upgrade from the already great DS3 and the graphics & lightning are awesome.

This should get me up to snuff to have some fun with Destiny in a month or so and I may even pick up Last of Us: Remastered.

Seems like the same price as the Vita and PS3 version, might be a mistake yeah. No such luck on the euro version, the PS3 is even at 50euros along with the PS4.

So my little kids birthday is coming up on the 24th. He wants another PS4 so him and his big bro can play together. But my thought is that we already have a PS4 and to go with a Xbone to complete the circle of consoles. What do you think? What would you get if you already had a PS4 had 2 kids...etc...

With the recent PS 2.0 software announcements I would go with another PS4 for the virtual couch where your kids can hop in and out of each others games from separate rooms. Plus, they can share games.
