Silly goose, you're thinking too much about this.the funniest thing about the finale is that the writers once again demonstrating they have no knowledge of how the political system works
Neumann died at the end of jan 6th after the vote is certified that Singer and Neumann are the next President and VP. That doesn't take effect until Jan 20th though, whoever is currently President (a republican, since Singer was running as a democrat) would stay President until then, so invoking the 25th against them literally would make no sense.
We saw Singer in a different bunker and the speaker deliberately invoked the 25th amendment so it happened after Jan 20th. That doesn't even make any sense though, the only people who can invoke the 25th are the Presidents cabinet. Did he propose a new cabinet and have them all ok'd by Congress (which takes weeks)? The speaker can start impeachment proceedings based on the video of him wanting to have Neumann killed but again that would take weeks and months, not days.
You can't "arrest" a President like that, he is literally the head of the executive branch (all federal agents and courts) and immune to anything other than impeachment and conviction while President. The recent SCOTUS rulings just made him immune after office, but the President has always been above the law while in office (except through impeachment).
None of it makes any sense the way it was shown on the show.
You're just supposed to laugh at the jokes, enjoy the gay sex stuff, and marvel at the brutality at times. Just follow it along, doesn't have to make sense between the jokes, the gays, and the violence.
