Those look a lot better than Boardwalk Fries. Our fries were just poured out of giant, toddler-sized bags of frozen fries into the fryer. All we did was sprinkle the premade seasoning on them.

Yeah these were made from fresh potatoes and fried right before you ordered them. Not too dis-similar from 5 Guys but our size per fry was larger than theirs. I assume 5 Guys uses the same process where they cut up a fuckton of fries in the morning, blanch the fries then toss them in the fridge until they get cooked proper.

I feel a bit like McCheese saying this but I find just plain old French's yellow mustard to be the best compliment for a hot dog. That is all I put on it. I've tried fancier mustards but they just don't mesh well with the hot dog.

I have been using Plochman's Mustard over French's recently... it's not as watery and I like the taste more. Maybe I'm just tricking myself, who knows.

Yellow mustard isn't too bad. It's certainly better than no mustard at all. Wife hates mustard, and I think she's a mutant or something. How can you not like mustard all over your hotdog?

I'll eat a hot dog pretty much anyway it comes out. I will say though, if it's a frank while I'm at a baseball game it's yellow mustard only.

If I'm lucky enough to be on the club level at Chiefs stadium, it's a 1/2 lb dog (Nathan's, I think) smothered in BBQ brisket and french fried onions. Fuck yeah.
