Since this is the fast food thread and we're talking about hot sauces, I will endorse California Tortilla. Awesome food--on par with chipotle, or even better imo--and they have dozens of random hot sauces you can try. I get a big burrito and then 6 or 7 ramekins of various hot sauces and try a different one with each bite.

I eat a ton of chicken wings. At my grocery store they have the wings pre-sauced or just naked. So I buy the naked ones, bake them in the oven for like 10 minutes then throw them in some Franks Hot Buffalo sauce. Shits delicious. Also helps the wings are like $6/lb so I can get my wings fix for $4 or less.
$6/lb? What are you in Manhattan or something? I pay $6 for a whole rack of wings. Chicken Breasts out here cost less than that. (Seattle 3.49/lb free range)

I do the same thing though, toss it in tapatio or buy the sweet chili thai sauce and do sweet and spicy wings. However I prefer drumsticks so I buy 16 pack of gnarly huge drumsticks for $7.50 and call it a day.

Don't skip on the Elysium Immortal IPA either.

I mis-typed or was unclear. These are for boneless all white meat chicken nuggets. Basically boneless buffalo wings but without the sauce. I may have been off I think it maybe $5/lb.

I think pizza hut sells these already cooked and delivered for $7 is $5/lb worth the trouble?

*edit* maybe it's dominos and not pizza hut

$6 seems excessive, our local supermarket sells them for $3.99/lb.

I'm not a raw denim, wooden cap hot sauce hipster fag though

Cheaper and better IMO is buy the huge ass bag of plain frozen chicken wings from Costco. $18-20 for the huge bag.

Then throw them on the grill on high heat frozen. Rotate every so often to evenly cook them but they come out damn delicious. Most people look at me all weird when I say I put them on the grill frozen, but if you flip them 1-2 times, on high heat, they are thin enough that you cook all the way through. Just pay attention to the bigger ones and let them go a bit longer. The drums always take longer than the wings.

Doing it for a couple years now, and best wings I've ever had. Fuck oven baking wings.

Have you ever had one of your wings explode on you like a grenade due to the heat differential?

No, but I often times put them on the grill right away, not after the grill has heated up. I also use just a Home Depot grill and so I'm not sure it could ever get hot enough to cause an explosion. lol

I throw the frozen 1/3 lb angus burger patties from Costco right on the grill(medium heat). They cook up perfectly, decent char & grill marks on the outside and pink in the middle. Probably end up medium to medium well(which is perfect for a burger, you don't want a rare burger)

Idk I feel like frozen ground beef is hard to get right.
Patties are no big deal, they do cook well on the grill especially. I prefer to make my own patties as opposed to the Costco ones, though. The texture is just a little different.
