All the meat was there, I checked. The problem with these burgers is usually that they are dry. This one had lots of cheese, cheese sauce, garlic sauce, ketchup. Was moist and delicious. Garlic flavour was very prevalent.

TBH they are advertising to women and people that like to buy pitbulls. I wouldn't be surprised if random people dying to their meals is an intended feature, or that they used to call their on boarding process the diddy experience. Their website pretty much looks like a gay wedding advertisement. I eat lots of weird shit and post proof in this thread, but I've never once thought "man I should try crumbl cookies".

I gotta run some errands monday and there's a crumbl cookie pretty close to them. I think I'll buy that sundae brownie and share some proof here, cause honestly its by far the worst looking one they have.

I'm more scared of eating this than the bush meat I ate in africa. Just the idea of room temp ice cream makes me feel nauseous.

It's probably frosting or a cream filing type of stuff and not actually ice cream.

That's honestly my biggest fear for expanding chains.

I'd love if they opened up a Portillos here, but would it be as good as others in the Chicago area, or would it just be a mediocre franchised mess that shouldn't be allowed to operate?

I'm betting the Whataburgers here will coast on the novelty for a long while, though.


True story: I was working in a regional hospital here, and we took the guy escorting us to lunch. We would do that a lot, and turn it in as an expense. So anyways, we asked him where he wanted to go for lunch, and we were like "What about Whataburger? There's the new one right down the street?" and he was legit like "I tried it once and I wasn't impressed..." and went on a sort of screed against it.

I think he said something about it being worse than Burger King




So we took him to a Mexican restaurant nearby instead, LOL
