If you like Velveeta (I do too), you might really like Provel. It's also made by Kraft, but for some reason, I've only ever seen it in St. Louis. As the name might suggest, it's a provolone Velveeta that pizza places here use. It's horrible on pizza, but on a sandwich it's pretty good.

Probably because they have always paid well over minimum wage.

After living in the northwest and having access to Tilamook cheese I can't even look at Kraft and Velveeta. It's not even the same food as far as I'm concerned.

Their hotdogs are good. You can get either the chili cheese or the all american which is ketchup, mustard, relish and onions on Thursday for 1 dollar.

Provel (and thus, Imo's Pizza) is an abomination. I love velveeta, but I despise Provel.

Provel tastes like a sweaty foot. But admittedly, I've only ever had it on pizza in St Louis, but it's atrocious in that form.

Agreed. If I'm required to go to Imo's, I order hot wings. Everyone always asks 'Why don't you get pizza?'. And I always say, 'That ain't pizza.'

But cold and shredded on a salad it's fine, and on a sandwich I can enjoy it.
