I agree about Tilamook being the king of cheeses, but there is a time and a place for Velveeta too. A sandwich, for example, is not that place, but macaroni and cheese sure is!

My perfect grilled cheese has a slice of Kraft American shitty cheese (for the meltiness) and a slice of sharp cheddar real cheese for flavor. Tilamook is good.

Had 2x American and 1x Chili Cheese Coney from Sonic at lunch, $3.33. Thought the chili cheese was better but I think that's b/c their ratio of toppings on the American wasn't what I like.

The local Winn Dixie has just about every flavor of Oreo ever made. They had s'mores, chocolate cream, yellow cookie with chocolate or white filling, a triple oreo that has 3 cookies with one section filled with chocolate, the other with white, chocolate cookie with cherry filling, graham cracker with key lime pie filling, etc. Every shelf from top to bottom was full of various oreo flavors.

I bought the graham cracker with key lime pie version. It's ok, but the key lime pie has a definite cheap taste to it.

Well I learned from last night to not get "chocolate" shakes from Sonic anymore. They don't even use chocolate ice cream. It is just Vanilla with chocolate syrup poured on it. It would help if they maybe mixed the syrup and ice cream but nope. It is just vanilla with all the syrup at the bottom, so shitty.

Yep, even Steak n Shake makes their chocolate shakes with vanilla ice cream.

Pro tip: next time you order a shake at SnS, ask for them to use the ice cream they use for the sundaes. It's considerably better.

You're not missing much - you're in Florida, you'll be SORELY disappointed. They might have barely been passable if I wasn't familiar with the real thing made in it's home territory. But with... we ate like three and tossed the rest.

I tried the Oreo Thins today. For science. The ratio of cookie to filling is the same as the original, just less. I like them.

I tried Wendy's Baconator fries today. I rate them 5/10. I won't get them again. On the other hand, the Asiago Ranch Spicy Chicken was top notch.
