I try to go and order food when it's really busy. The sandwich construction may be sloppy but at least the food is fresh.

Also at the Wendy's near my old workplace, I always went in dressed up and I swear this guy there thought I was Wendy's management because he always told me it would be a couple minutes without fail. Always had the most perfect meal from there.

Soygen predicted my post as I was writing it.

They shut down the cafeteria for work for remodeling so now I have to go out to eat every day. I'm thinking today is Taco Bell. Maybe I'll get pad thai. We'll see.

I didn't know when the cafeteria was closing so I was ill prepared this week. Also I hate packing lunch.

Lunch packer here! I prep the entire week's worth of lunches on Sunday for my girlfriend and I.

I cook most every Sunday night too, make a big batch of stuff for 5 meals and bring it all in Monday morning. I can make my lunches for like 20 bucks/week so it's pretty big savings for me and if I feel like i want a soda or something, I'll just walk to the store down the street.

I pack meals every day, definitely not for $20/week though. I think I spend more than that on meat alone, never mind eggs, milk, oats, avocados, bananas, etc.

I bring my own lunch too. EMC had a fancy cafeteria but something about the workers lining up with their lunch trays and eating at cafeteria tables reminded me of middle school.

SO I brown bagged it and ate at my desk, just like in middle school.

Went to Popeyes and tried their Pepper Barrel chicken tenders. I give them a solid 7.5. Paired them with the Smokin' Pepper dipping sauce and Cajun fries. A good and spicy meal.

yeah taco bell guacamole is *okay*.

the way taco bell does their sour cream and guacamole is interesting. they come in this ~6inch long, ~4inch diameter cardboard tubes, and you put them into this click gun style application device. squirts out the exact right amount every time.
