Wings purist? Man there is some powerful stupidity here. Boneless wings ARE NOT wings. They are nuggets. They are going to always have a completely different texture, not only because they aren't cooking on a bone, but because they don't have skin. They have to be breaded, which most buffalo wings aren't.Look at this wing purist up in here. Take it a step further and say it's pussy shit if you don't have to actually break the wing yourself.
