Nope. I love the game. Wish I could play more but needed to watch lucifer quick and then go to bed. I have five more hours to play tomorrow and can't wait. But honestly, if I had not watched the movie I would be so fucking lost and it would have ruined one epic moment so far. Well, not ruined it, but it would have been about 90% less effective.
I watched the video up above and that is more annoying and condescending to the story and quite frankly just makes everything seem like a joke.

When you do the stupid quest it specifically says amazon will send the code on Nov 29th

I think he's missing the first code (16 digits) which tells the Road Trip site that you actually pre-ordered through Amazon. The code(s) they send on the 29th would be the actual 12 character PSN keys that redeem the DLC on your console. Or whatever Xbone uses.

if it's been more than a couple days you really should chat with Amazon CS about it. Anytime I've had preorder DLC problems in the past I've been able to get them to give me the code I needed immediately in chat.
